The purpose of this measure is to allow for the use of Class II LED fixtures <br /> within all private and public right-of-ways. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 14, Article 9, Section 14-55 (Tables), of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 <br /> (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by revising as follows: <br /> Section 14-55.
