David to the County of Hawai'i Tax Board of <br /> Review. Mr. David has been a resident of Hawaii for the past 8 1/2 years. From 2007 to <br /> 2012 he was employed by Tax Associates as a Registered Tax Return Preparer. He is <br /> currently retired. <br /> Mr. David is the Director of the West Hawaii AARP Tax Aid, and a member of the <br /> St. Michaels Catholic Church Finance Board. He was previously a member of the West <br /> Sacramento Chamber of Commerce. Mr. David states that he is a Democrat.
