Nishijima is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. He is the present secretary of the <br /> Big Island National Guard Retirees Association. If confirmed, Mr. Nishijima will serve a <br /> term to expire on December 31, 2015, replacing Mr. Edward Lee whose term expired on <br /> December 31, 2010. <br /> John S. Okino is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. He is a member of the 442nd Veterans <br /> Association.
