Taniguchi, pursuant to Chapter 19, Article 1, Section 19- 3(12), Hawaii County Code; and (Bill 65) AMENDS CHAPTER 19, ARTICLE 10, SECTION 19 -530), OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO BREACH OF AFFORDABLE RENTAL HOUSING CLASS From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated April 12, 2013. Replaces the two -year plus current year rollback penalty with a rollback penalty to the date of reclassification, but no more than the current year. Comm. 248: ACCEPTS THE NEGOTIATED LEASE AGREEMENT FOR HAMAKUA LANDS (Res. 106 -13) IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEY (3)4 -3- 009 -059 WITH FRANK COMMENDADOR, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2 -114 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated April 12, 2013. Resolution 38 -11 authorized the lease of certain County of Hawaii owned lands, and required that the negotiated lease agreement for those lands be accepted by the County Council pursuant to Section 2- 114(d) of the Hawaii County Code.
