<br /> Excluded is the value of exempt real property made taxable under the
<br /> provisions of Chapter 19, Article 10, Section 19-85 of the Hawaii County
<br /> Code, and excluded is the value claimed by each taxpayer who has filed an
<br /> appeal plus fifty percent of the value in dispute where appeals from the
<br /> director's assessments were unsettled as of April 19, 2013.
