This appropriation reflects the reallocation of Program Year (PY) 2011 and <br /> prior years' HOME funds from the County of Maui to the County of Hawai`i by the State's <br /> Hawai`i Housing Finance and Development Corporation(HHFDC). <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development indicates that the funds will be used for <br /> vertical construction of the final phase of their Ulu Wini project, consisting of twenty two- <br /> bedroom units.
