The request was to establish speed limits in the Hawaii County <br /> Code for the Hawaiian Paradise Park Subdivision so said speed limits can be properly <br /> enforced by the police. <br /> Pursuant to Section 24-2 of the Hawaii County Code, the County shall not be responsible for the <br /> maintenance and repair of any private street, highway, or thoroughfare when it imposes or <br /> enforces traffic regulations and highway safety laws on that private street, highway, or <br /> thoroughfare. <br /> A location map is attached for your reference. <br /> APPROVED <br /> ' J-t .. .► <br /> Warren H.W.
