BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it <br /> strongly urges the Administration to expeditiously put out Request for Proposals to install <br /> photovoltaic systems on as many County facilities as possible using third-party financing, such <br /> as solar power purchase agreements, to provide relief to the County's operating budget. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward copies of this <br /> resolution to the Honorable William P.
