This project is to improve Kaiminani Drive from Ahiahi <br /> Street to Vicinity of Ane Keohokalole Highway to enhance traffic and pedestrian safety, and to <br /> improve the drainage in the area. <br /> The Department of Public Works request that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee, and <br /> be placed on the 8/21/13 Council Agenda in order to expedite the project.
