This <br /> project has been expanded to improve thirteen additional intersections by widening, and adding left- <br /> turn pockets along the Mamalahoa Highway, in the town of Waimea, South Kohala, Hawai`i. <br /> The Department of Public Works request that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee, and <br /> be placed on the 8/21/13 Council Agenda in order to expedite the project.
