DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY AND SURROUNDING AREA 13. Subject Property: There are property is rectangular in shape and is 6.003 acres in size. It is currently vacant of uses and structures. It is currently overgrown with trees. 14. Surrounding Zoning/Land Uses: The surrounding properties to the north, east and west consists of lots zoned A-3a.
