Sako <br />Deputy Director <br />N <br />w <br />vs <br />"l7 <br />M <br />0 <br />Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating <br />$10,000 from the Liquor Control Fund Balance Reserve Account to the Department of <br />Liquor Control's Public Programs account. The funds will be used to support the Mayor's <br />Traffic Safety Program and to assist the costs of traveling incurred by The Pantry's Friday <br />Night Crew Youth Group, who has played a key role in the prevention of underage <br />drinking and drug use in Hawaii County for the past several years.
