Greggor Isaac Kepo`okalani Hale Beach Park (3) 1-3-008:014, 3, 4, 5 & 6 $12,000,000 <br /> Ilagan Expansion: To design, implement and construct 016, 021 & 033 (design & <br /> (District 4) improvements to the park which improves quality construction) <br /> of life for area residents. This park is heavily (3) 1-4-002:008 <br /> utilized as a popular surf, fish, swim and camp <br /> spot. This development seeks to preserve and <br /> protect the environment, address safety and <br /> security concerns, and provide the Puna <br /> community with beach park recreational facilities <br /> and amenities comparable to those lost when lava <br /> from Kilauea Volcano claimed Harry K. Brown <br /> Park, Kalapana Beach Park and Kalapana Black <br /> Sands Beach Park in May of 1990. Recreational <br /> facilities and associated amenities to include: <br /> construction of a large pavilion capable of hosting <br /> larger events and parties, children's playground <br /> equipment, additional picnic tables and gazebos. <br /> 8. Zendo Kuauli Road Traffic Improvements: Create a (3) 1-7-007:015 4, 5 & 6 $1,000,000 <br /> Kern right-turn lane from Kuauli Road onto Highway <br /> (District 5) 11 in the eastern direction in Kurtistown.
