Access: Access to the property is from the Old Mamalahoa Highway, a County <br /> maintained road with a right-of-way of approximately 50 feet. There is a section of a <br /> County-owned paved access road connecting the Old Mamalahoa Highway with the <br /> Hawai`i Belt Road. <br /> 18. Water: According to the Department of Water Supply, water can be made available <br /> from an existing waterline within the Old Mamalahoa Highway. <br /> 19.
