Parking Prohibited During Certain Hours on Certain Streets Amendments cont'd <br /> The purpose of this measure is to update the Hawaii County Code to match the <br /> conditions that exist in the field. The subject area along Derby Lane between Wilson <br /> Street and Hoku Street is too narrow for parking on both sides of the road. The <br /> southwest side is currently signed as a no parking at anytime zone.
