Office of Justice Programs ' financial manual entitled "Financial <br /> Guide. " <br /> B . TERM OF CONTRACT. <br /> This Contract shall be in effect for the period <br /> from October 1, 2013 to and including September 30, 2014 unless <br /> this Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided or <br /> unless this Contract is extended in accordance with Section L. <br /> of this Contract . <br /> C. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS . <br /> 1 . Grantee shall comply with the guidelines set <br /> forth in the Act and all applicable federal regulations and <br /> guidelines, including but not limited to guidance issued by the <br /> Bureau of Justice Assistance, 28 C. F. R. Chapter 1, Part 66, <br /> Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative <br /> Agreements to State and Local Governments, and Office of <br /> Management and Budget circulars and the effective edition of the <br /> Office of Justice Programs ' financial manual entitled "Financial <br /> Guide . " <br /> 2 . Grantee shall comply with all the <br /> ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State <br /> and local government which in any way affect its performance <br /> under this Contract . <br /> 4 (rev. 10/2011) <br />
