FC-23 December 3, 2013 <br /> <br /> <br />Bill 155: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 11-40, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE <br />NO. 13-47, PERTAINING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />BONDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING VARIOUS PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENTS DESCRIBED THEREIN <br />Deletes the following projects: 1) Pool Drainage Covers ($500,000); Banyan Beach <br />Parking Lot ($300,000); and Kalaniana‘ole Interceptor Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 2 <br />($6.9 million).
