FC-115 Page 2 December 3, 2013 <br /> DPW Facilities Hardening 800,000 <br /> Bond Issuance Costs 500,000 <br /> Total 56,000,000 <br /> Bill No. 155 amends Ordinance No. 11-40, by deleting the following projects: 1) Pool Drainage Covers <br /> ($500,000); 2) Banyan Beach Parking Lot ($300,000); and 3) Kalaniana`ole Interceptor Sewer <br /> Rehabilitation Phase 2 ($6.9 million). Funds would be redirected to badly needed major maintenance on <br /> wastewater and other county facilities, primarily police and fire stations, to include resolving ADA <br /> compliance issues. <br /> Finance Director Nancy Crawford and Deputy Finance Director Deanna Sako appeared before Your <br /> Committee for questions. Ms Crawford stated that some of the projects on the list are either completed, <br /> active or postponed indefinitely. She was able to inform the Council that the Banyan Beach Parking Lot <br /> project will be removed indefinitely from the list due to issues with private property and title.
