No. 553/Bill No.162 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:10 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Bill No. 162 <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 162, transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H.
