JNSY,OF M, <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII '••.o_=_ STATE OF HAWAII <br /> •) 4.O N►'1,-``_ <br /> BILL NO. 162 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 14 15 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 5, SECTION 24-284 <br /> OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> PARKING. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is being proposed based on a request from the <br /> public to revise the existing two hour parking in the subject area. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-284, Schedule 32. Two <br /> hour parking areas, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by revising existing item as follows: <br /> (17) Kino`ole Street, northeast imakail side, the first [ten] seven stalls southeast of <br /> Ponahawai Street. <br /> SECTION 3. The purpose of this measure is to update the Hawaii County Code to match <br /> what exists in the field. <br /> SECTION 4. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-284, Schedule 32. Two hour <br /> parking areas, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), <br /> is amended by revising existing item as follows: <br /> (19) Kino`ole Street, southwest mauka side, the first [six] seven stalls southeast of <br /> Ponahawai Street [and Central Fire Station] excluding the freight loading zone <br /> as set forth in Section 24-288 (Schedule 36, Freight Loading Zones). <br />
