Ordinance No. 13-66, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing <br /> Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014, is hereby amended by establishing the <br /> program appropriations listed on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from lapsed Fuel Tax Increase funds <br /> which is in the following account of the Capital Projects Fund: <br /> 2271.33 Fuel Tax Increase 10 — 12 $2,300,121.41 <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect <br /> other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision <br /> or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
