4�'L_ ��li�i <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII _ STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 204 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, DIVISION 3, SECTION 24-275 <br /> OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br /> BUS STOPS AND PUBLIC ROAD TAXI STANDS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to update the Hawai`i County Code to match <br /> what exists in the field. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275, Schedule 23. Bus Stops <br /> and Public Road Taxi Stands, subsection (c) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by revising existing item: <br /> (2) Banyan Drive, [both sides,] southeast(golf course) side [beginning from the <br /> Naniloa Hotel driveway and extending in the mauka direction for a distance <br /> of one hundred thirty feet] from a point seven hundred nineteen feet northeast <br /> of the northern intersection of Lihiwai Street and extending ninety-one feet in <br /> the northeasterly direction,between the hours of 6:00 a.m. [te] and 6:00 p.m., <br /> Monday through Sunday. <br /> SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275, Schedule 23. Bus Stops <br /> and Public Road Taxi Stands, subsection (c) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by adding new item and renumbering as required: <br /> ( ) Banyan Drive, northwest (makai) side, from a point nine hundred thirteen feet <br /> northeast of the northern intersection of Lihiwai Street and extending eighty-seven <br /> feet in the northeasterly direction,between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., <br /> Monday through Saturday. <br />
