BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. The purpose of this measure is to update the Hawai`i County Code to match what exists in the field. SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275, Schedule 23. Bus Stops and Public Road Taxi Stands, subsection(c) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by revising existing item: (2) Banyan Drive, [both sides,] southeast (golf course) side [ Naniloa Hotel driveway and extending in the mauka direction for a distance of one hundred thirty feet] from a point seven hundred nineteen feet northeast of the northern intersection of Lihiwai Street and extending ninety-one feet in the northeasterly direction,between the hours of 6:00 a.m. [to] and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, Section 24-275, Schedule 23. Bus Stops and Public Road Taxi Stands, subsection (c) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended by adding new item and renumbering as required: ( ) Banyan Drive, northwest (makai) side, from a point nine hundred thirteen feet northeast of the northern intersection of Lihiwai Street and extending eighty-seven feet in the northeasterly direction,between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
