Kaholo from the North Kohala District to the <br /> Hawaii County Leeward Planning Commission. Mr. Kaholo is a lifelong resident of <br /> Kohala. He served in the U.S. Armed Forces where he retired as a First Sergeant after <br /> 28 years. He worked at the Mauna Lani Resort from 1979 to 2004, and the Hapuna <br /> Prince Hotel from 2005 to 2009. <br /> Mr. Kaholo previously served a 4-year term on the North Kohala Community <br /> Development Plan Action Committee. He is the president of the Kohala National Guard <br /> Alumni Association, and the kupuna advisor of the Malama Pono Ke Kuahiwi A Me Ke <br /> Moana Hunting Club. Mr. Kaholo states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
