BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED) <br /> We get our general telephone service for the County from Hawaiian Telecommunications via 3 ISDN PRI <br /> circuits. These communications circuits provides phone numbers and dial tone for over 400 unique phone <br /> numbers at the County. Our current Multi-year agreement expired and we are now being charged at the <br /> non-discounted rate of$2160 per month.
