No. 756/Bill No. 220 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 1:50 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Bill No. 220, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 220 transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H. W. Lee, via Communication No. 756 <br /> dated March 12, 2014, amends the Hawaii County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 3, <br /> Section 24-275, Schedule 23 (bus stop locations), Subsection (a), Hamakua, to relocate an existing bus <br /> stop on the west side of Pakalana Street. <br /> This amendment is being proposed based on a request by the Hawai`i Police Department to relocate an <br /> existing bus stop away from the covered walkway of Honoka❑a Elementary School.
