General Plan Consistency: Economic, Housing, Environmental Quality, Resort and <br />Land Use elements, goals and policies <br />9. County Zoning: The property is currently zoned Open (0). <br />10. SMA: The property is situated within the Special Management Area. An SMA Use <br />Permit will be submitted by the applicant prior to construction of the proposed <br />development on the project site. <br />11. Property: The property site is immediately adjacent to the Waikoloa Beach Resort <br />Complex. <br />12. U.S.D.A. Soil Type: The soils within the project area is Pahoehoe Lava Flows, <br />which has no soil covering and is typically bare of vegetation. <br />13. ALISH: The property is unclassified. <br />14. Flora/Fauna Resources: There are no known rare or endangered plant life on the <br />property or in its immediate vicinity.
