BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into multi-year agreement to upgrade <br /> and host the IASWorld software as indicated above. <br /> 2.
