No. 825/13ill No. 242 <br />Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 242, reports as follows: <br />Bill No. 242, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 825 dated <br />April 14, 2014, amends Ordinance No. 13-66, as amended, relating to public improvements and financing <br />thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014. The amendment is as follows: <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Liquor Control Haz Mat Mitigation & Imp. — Private <br />(110.199.5191.54) $ 1,803,000 <br />Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from: <br />Private Contributions — Liquor Percentage Fees $ 1,803,000 <br />The proposed bill adds the Public Works Liquor Control Hazardous Material Mitigation and <br />Improvements — Private project for $ 1,803,000 to the Capital Budget. Funds for the project shall be <br />provided from Private Contributions — Liquor Percentage Fees ($1,803,000).
