Asbestos, mold, and mildew were discovered and removed from the Department of Liquor <br /> Control's office area. These funds will be used to pay for this removal as well as to perform <br /> renovations to the Department's conference room to comply with ADA standards. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled"Liquor Control Hazardous Material <br /> Mitigation and Improvements", and to appropriate $1,803,000 to the Capital Budget.
