Hawai‘i County Council-42 May 14, 2014 <br /> <br />Bill 209 RELATES TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br />(Draft 2): FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2014, TO JUNE 30, 2015 <br />Proposed Capital Budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, requires a total <br />appropriation of $116.32 million, of which approximately $96.465 million are <br />intended to be funded in whole or part by bonds, $15.215 million are to be funded <br />by the State Revolving Loan Fund, $3.36 million are to be funded from Federal <br />Grants Receivable, and $1.28 million are to be funded by fair share contributions. <br /> <br /> Intr. by: Ms. Poindexter <br /> <br />; and <br />Comm. 690.3: From Council Member Brenda J. No. 4) amendment to add the Public Works Department’s Kaūmana Drive Improvements <br />(Waiānuenue Avenue to Puainako Street) project in the amount of $2 million. <br /> <br />; and <br />Comm. 690.5: From Council Chair J Yoshimoto, dated May 6, 2014, transmitting a proposed <br />(Memo. No. 5) amendment to add the Public Works Department’s Akolea Road Improvements <br />(Waiānuenue Avenue to Kaūmana Drive) project in the amount of $1.44 million. <br /> <br />; and <br />Comm. 690.6: From Council Chair J Yoshimoto, dated May 6, 2014, transmitting a proposed <br />(Memo. No. 6) amendment to add the Parks and Recreation Department’s Mo‘oheau Park <br />Restrooms project in the amount of $1.65 million. <br /> <br />; and <br />Comm. 690.7: From Council Member Brenda J.
