..... „. <br /> ?!V OFN <br /> •I� <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII f •i.6' /l' -•- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> TF .!----- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 460 14 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BILL OF SALE FOR ROAWAY AND OTHER <br /> IMPROVEMENTS FOR"WAIAKEA HOUSE LOTS, 1sT SERIES," AT WAIAKEA, <br /> DISTRICT OF SOUTH HILO,ISLAND AND COUNTY OF HAWAII FROM GHC <br /> FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, A HAWAII LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> WHEREAS, GHC FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Hawaii Limited <br /> Partnership ("GHC") is the owner of a half-section of the roadway improvements on the east side <br /> of Manono Street consisting of a 21-foot wide A.C. pavement with concrete curb, gutter, and <br /> sidewalk, drainage improvements, and other improvements as required and approved by the <br /> Department of Public Works, within the future road widening setback area established as one- <br /> half the distance between the existing right-of-way and 60 feet; and <br /> WHEREAS, GHC is the owner of a half-section of the roadway improvements on the <br /> west side of Hinano Street consisting of a 16-foot wide A.C. pavement with concrete curb, <br /> gutter, and sidewalk, drainage improvements, and other improvements, as required and approved <br /> by the Department of Public Works, in the area established as one-half the distance between the <br /> existing right-of-way and 50 feet situate at Waiakea House Lots, First Series, Waiakea, District <br /> of South Hilo, Island and County of Hawai`i, as delineated on Exhibit"A" attached hereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, Condition D of Ordinance No. 09-60, as part of the rezoning conditions of <br /> the Manono Street Marketplace Development Project, Waiakea House Lots, First Series, <br /> Waiakea, District of South Hilo, Island and County of Hawai`i, requires the granting the County <br />
