of Hawaii the above-referenced improvements, which are found on the premises described in <br /> Exhibit A and GHC is desirous of of granting the same; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-referenced improvements have been inspected and found to be in <br /> acceptable condition and are in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 23 of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii Department of Public Works, Department of Water <br /> Supply, Planning Department and Department of Environmental Management have no objection <br /> to the acceptance of these improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, provides that <br /> the council may accept gifts, or donations of money, securities or other personal property or of <br /> real estate or any interest in real estate. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it <br /> finds the subject subdivision and any improvements thereon are in full compliance with the <br /> provisions of Chapter 23 of the Hawaii County Code as certified and approved by all applicable <br /> agencies. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII, in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, and <br /> Chapter 23 of the Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i finds that it is in the public <br /> interest to accept, and hereby accepts, the Bill of Sale for the improvements found on the <br /> premises described in Exhibit A attached hereto. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: <br /> (1) Mayor William P.
