The positions and rates of compensation adopted in the 2014 budget of the <br /> County of Hawai`i are hereby ratified and confirmed as of July 1, 2014; and that any creation of <br /> positions or changes of pay subsequent to the adoption of said budget, shall take effect as <br /> authorized on the date of such creation or change of pay or a date otherwise prescribed, subject to <br /> the certification of availability of funds by the director of finance. <br /> SECTION 9. Ordinance No. 13-50-and any resolutions amendatory thereto are hereby <br /> repealed. <br />
