PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SERVICES <br /> 22. Access: Access to the project site is from Hinano Street, which is a County owned and <br /> maintained roadway identified as a collector. The Department of Public Works (DPW) <br /> has recommended that the applicant provide improvements to the property's entire <br /> Hinano Street frontage consisting of,but not limited to, pavement widening with concrete <br /> curb, gutter and sidewalk, drainage improvements, and any required utility relocation. <br /> The DPW states that the improvements shall be located in any future road widening <br /> setback established by the Planning Department. <br /> 23.
