No. 471-14 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:48 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 471-14, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 471-14, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via <br /> Communication No. 950 dated July 18, 2014, authorizes the Mayor to enter into a multi-year <br /> Housing Assistance Payment Contract (Agreement) with the property owner of the project selected <br /> for the Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Program (PBV Program) as offered through a Public <br /> Notice dated April 13, 20, and 27, 2014. <br /> The Office of Housing and Community Development has selected Na Kahua Hale 0 Ulu Wini, <br /> Kamakana Villages (Senior Affordable Housing Community and Multi Family Affordable Housing <br /> Community), and Mohouli Heights Neighborhood Residence, Phase II.
