No. 508-14 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:05 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Resolution No. 508-14, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 508-14, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Joseph K. Kamelamela, via <br /> Communication No. 1008 dated August 25, 2014, authorizes the grant of easement for access <br /> purposes affecting Waikaumalo-Maulua Homesteads Road adjacent to TMKS: 3-2-002:047; <br /> 3-2-002:046, 3-2-003:008, and 3-2-003:003, North Hilo, Island of Hawai`i, State of Hawai`i to <br /> Paul Dolnick. <br /> Committee Member Brenda Ford asked for clarification on the location of the road in relation to the <br /> Wailuku Stream.
