REQUEST: <br /> A resolution to amend Resolution No. 264-14, which proposed to establish a sewer improvement district for <br /> the Lono Kona subdivision, is requested. The amending resolution calls for the approving and adopting a <br /> supplemental report to amend the Director's Report dated December 11, 2013. In the amended Director's <br /> Report, a revised assessment roll is attached. A public hearing would be held not later than 60 days after <br /> adoption of this resolution. <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Pursuant to Resolution No. 264-14 and Section 12-28 of the County Code, a public hearing was held on <br /> March 18, 2014. A further review of the proposed assessment roll was made after receiving communications <br /> that the assessment roll contained inaccuracies. A review of the property classification was done by the <br /> Real Property Tax Division followed by a mail out to all Lono Kona subdivision property owners to confirm <br /> their property classification.
