The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending favorable consideration of the request: The applicants are requesting a change of zone from an Agricultural 1-acre(A- 1 a)to a Neighborhood Commercial - 20,000 square foot (CN-20) zoning district in order to develop medical offices on the property.
