Loading Zones, <br /> Section 24-288, Schedule 36. Freight loading zones, Paragraph (c) South Hilo be <br /> amended deleting existing item (4) and renumbering as required: <br /> {,1) Furneaux Lane, southeast (Puna) side, from a point sixty three feet northeast of <br /> four hours a day, seven days a week. <br /> This amendment is being proposed based on a request from the adjacent property <br /> owner that the loading zone is impeding the use of her driveway.
