No. 1105/Bill No.309 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 2:55 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Bill No. 309 <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 309, transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H. Lee, via Communication No. <br /> 1106 dated September 19, 2014, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 6, Section 24-288, <br /> Schedule 36 (Freight loading zones), subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai`i County Code <br /> 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended)by deleting existing item (4) and renumbering as required: <br /> (Cl) Furneaux Lane, southeast (Puna) side, from a point sixty three feet northeast of Keawe Street <br /> and extending thirty two feet in the northeasterly direction, twenty four hours a day, seven days a <br /> week <br /> This amendment removes the freight loading zone that is impeding the use of the adjacent <br /> property owner's driveway.
