BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in accordance <br />with Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 46 -7, that the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney and the <br />Mayor of the County of Hawaii are authorized to execute, on behalf of the County, an <br />agreement and related documents with the State of Hawai'i Department of Public Safety, in order <br />to transfer ownership of the above equipment and provide indemnification for the county <br />regarding the transaction with the consent of the Council of the County of Hawaii. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) the <br />State of Hawaii, Department of Public Safety, Sheriff's Division; (2) Mayor William P.
