This project is to widen and <br />improve Manono Street from Lanikaula Street to Kekuanao'a Street in order to enhance traffic, <br />pedestrian, ADA, and bicycle circulation in the area, as well as to improve drainage. <br />Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled "Manono Street Improvements" and to <br />appropriate $2,500,000 to the Capital Budget of which $2,000,000 is provided by Federal Funding, <br />and $500,000 by the County. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Warren Lee, Director of the Department of <br />Public Works at 961 -8321. <br />Nanc Crawford <br />Director of Finance <br />Enc. <br />cc: Public Works <br />Hawaii County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />Comm.
