BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />This project is to widen and improve Manono Street from Lanikaula Street to <br />Kekuanaoa Street to enhance traffic, pedestrian, ADA, and bicycle circulation; and <br />improve the drainage situation in the area.
