Miura <br />Deputy Director <br />•_ n <br />v�+ <br />k� <br />A <br />The Department of Environmental Management is requesting to add an appropriation to <br />Ordinance 14 -82, the Capital Budget, for their Hilo Ocean Outfall Assessment and Repair <br />project. This project is for design and construction costs related to the protection of the <br />outfall at shoreline due to erosion and to allow an assessment to be performed of the ocean <br />outfall and permanent leakages. <br />Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled "Hilo Ocean Outfall <br />Assessment and Repair" and to appropriate $4,950,000 to the Capital Budget for this <br />project. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Robin Bauman, of the Department <br />of Environmental Management at 961 -8179. <br />"-y-W (o A t4 <br />Deanna S.
