COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />, <br />f� :f <br />K J''\ <br />7r� OF'MF'•1� <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />6°7 1i <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO CONTINUE THE BUS ROUTE THAT SERVICES <br />THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII AT HILO AND HAWAII COMMUNITY COLLEGE. <br />WHEREAS, the Mass Transit Agency established a new bus route on August 22, 2014, <br />for Fridays and Saturdays with stops at the University of Hawaii at Hilo (UHH), Hawaii <br />Community College (HCC), Prince Kuhio Plaza, and Downtown Hilo; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to <br />the Mass Transit Agency for operating expenses in order to continue the bus route servicing the <br />students at UHH and HCC during the academic year; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $5,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.311.5311.02 Mass Transit Agency <br />Mass Transit OCE <br />115 Misc.
