If the project is successful, the ex- <br /> offenders will repay the loan when they get jobs. If the project is not successful, no one should fund it. <br /> Res 67-17 is a sweetheart deal for a nonprofit that duplicates the services provided by another nonprofit,the Going <br /> Home project.The state law and rules require others to apply for program funds set aside for that purpose.There is a <br /> county fund for nonprofits.
