Pogline of Council District 4, to the County of <br />Hawaii Game Management Advisory Commission. Ms. Pogline is a lifelong resident of <br />Hawai'i. She is a self-employed custom ceramic tile designer artist. <br />Ms. Pogline volunteers as a representative on the Maunakea Recreational User Group, <br />and the Good Shepherd Foundation. She states that she is not affiliated with any <br />political party.
