No. 141 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers, Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 11:05 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Agriculture, Water and Energy Sustainability, to which was referred <br /> Communication 141, reports as follows: <br /> Communication 141, transmitted by Mayor Billy Kenoi, dated February 11, 2015, nominates <br /> Naniloa K. Pogline of Council District 4 to the County of Hawai`i Game Management Advisory <br /> Commission. Ms. Pogline is a lifelong resident of Hawai`i and is self-employed as a custom <br /> ceramic tile designer artist. Ms. Pogline states that she is not affiliated with any political party. <br /> If confirmed, Ms. Pogline will serve the remainder of a term to end on December 31, 2016, <br /> replacing Paul Bueltmann who resigned. <br /> Executive Assistant to the Mayor Charmaine Shigemura introduced Ms. Pogline, who was not <br /> present due to not being notified of the meeting. Her attendance is requested for the full Council <br /> confirmation. <br /> Your Committee on Agriculture, Water and Energy sustainability is in accord with the purpose <br /> and intent of Communication 141 and recommends confirmation of the appointment of Naniloa <br /> K.
