Miura <br />Deputy Director <br />A concurrent resolution is being placed on the Council's meeting agenda to transfer <br />$4,000 from the Clerk -Council Services Contingency Relief account to the Highway <br />Fund. These funds will be used to address convex mirrors in District 2, South Hilo. <br />Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br />$4,000 to the Department of Public Works, Traffic Division's Traffic Signs and <br />Markings, OCE account within the Highway Fund. <br />The Department of Public Works requests that this bill be waived from the Finance <br />Committee and be placed on the April 15, 2015 Council Agenda in order to accompany <br />the concurrent resolution.
